Deepti is from the City of Lakes, Udaipur, India. She has a Master’s in Biology. She then cleared the prestigious National Eligibility Test required to pursue Lectureship in India. She worked as a Lecturer in India for around two and a half years, and taught subjects such as Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Genetics at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Now five years in Singapore, she has since worked as a researcher at the distinguished Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Mechanobiology Institute in National University of Singapore. Her work has resulted in research papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
Deepti’s experience in both teaching and research has given her a critical mindset required for excelling in the standardised exams. She has achieved top scores in exams such as GMAT, SAT, BMAT, MCAT and more. Her teaching philosophy centres around the use of visual aids to illustrate concepts, and to reinforce learning through problem-solving exercises. She has a passion for student mentoring and strives to help her students learn in an interactive and engaging way that ensures their success in competitive exams.
